Job description

The Certified Appliance Repair Technician will specialize in diagnosing and repairing all home appliances with a strong focus on customer interaction and education. This role involves using advanced diagnostic tools and specialized repair equipment to ensure appliances function efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose issues with home appliances
  • Perform repair and parts replacement services
  • Utilize standard hand tools as well as specialty repair equipment and advanced diagnostic software
  • Communicate effectively with customers, including educating them on appliance care
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical appliance problems

Required Qualifications
