What You'll Do
  • Install luxury brand appliances in customers' homes according to manufacturer specifications and Company quality standards.
  • Lead a two-person installation team while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Unload, position, connect, test, and demonstrate appliances to ensure proper operation.
  • Troubleshoot routine installation challenges and determine effective field solutions.
  • Protect customer property by maintaining clean, organized work areas throughout the installation.
  • Complete installation documentation and communicate job status accurately and promptly.
  • Operate Company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and professionally.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of residential appliance installation experience with the ability to independently install and troubleshoot appliances according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Experience working with electrical, gas, plumbing, and ventilation connections.
  • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency using common hand and power tools.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 100 pounds using proper lifting techniques and material-handling equipment.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
  • Construction, remodeling, finish carpentry, cabinetry, or related skilled trade experience preferred.
