The People Technology team is looking for an experienced leader to drive optimization across our Total Rewards technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday and related platforms supporting Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, Immigration, and M&A functions and will be comfortable working in a very fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role requires deep HR technology and process expertise, as well as a forward-looking perspective on how agentic AI solutions can transform the employee and administrator experience.
Description
As a Total Rewards Technology Product Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and implementation of solutions across Apple's technology platforms for Total Rewards. Collaborating closely with business partners and engineering teams, you will lead a team that defines requirements, designs product solutions, and coordinates the execution and delivery of initiatives that enhance the Apple employee experience, streamline Total Rewards processes, and support strategic goals. This individual uses their extensive knowledge of the products and the Total Rewards functions to drive roadmaps and helps to set vision and strategy to drive continual improvement and value - including identifying and scaling agentic AI capabilities that unlock new levels of efficiency and personalization.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years delivering global, enterprise technology solutions at scale, including 5+ years leading and managing product or technology teams through complex, ambiguous initiatives
5+ years of product management or business analyst experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions
5+ years of project management experience leading large, global programs from requirements through delivery
Demonstrated experience implementing Workday or similar large enterprise platforms
Proven ability to build team capability - establishing best practices, facilitating knowledge sharing, and creating growth opportunities that develop both technical and strategic skills
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with experience presenting solution recommendations and influencing senior business stakeholders
Demonstrated experience conducting design workshops and driving alignment with cross-functional, worldwide business partners
Experience defining measurable business outcomes and success metrics for technology solutions
Ability to drive change laterally across regions and organizations through influence rather than authority
Thrives in ambiguity - proven track record of managing multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Functional and technical expertise across Total Rewards domains - Compensation, Benefits, Immigration, Global Mobility, Time Away, and M&A processes and technology solutions
Experience delivering transformational technology change in the Total Rewards domain
Experience designing and delivering cross-functional solutions within Workday
Advanced certifications in project management and/or Workday products (e.g., Workday Pro Compensation, HCM, or PMP)
Familiarity with agentic AI and AI governance principles, with experience applying them responsibly in a Total Rewards context
