Job description
Generator Supercenter is looking for results-driven Lead Setters to actively seek out and engage with Costco and Lowe's customers inside our retail stores.
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
• Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by the company.
• Research potential clients and generate leads.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs.
• Providing accurate information to schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients.
• Must be able to travel to different locations around Nashville and its surrounding areas.
• Thursday - Sunday Only, Hours vary between 10 AM - 8 PM
• Basic customer service skills. Being cordial is important.
• Must be tech savvy & familiar with using an iPad (Apple product).
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities.
• Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience.
