Job Title: Computer Technician
Job Type: Full-Time (Temp to Hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21–$23 per hour (DOE)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Computer Technician to join our team in a fast-paced repair and RMA environment. This role is responsible for performing Apple hardware repairs, running diagnostics, and ensuring repaired units meet quality and functionality standards. This is a great opportunity for a technician looking to grow their skills with Apple products in a production-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Apple hardware repairs including battery, display, bezel, trackpad, keyboard, and housing replacements
  • Run diagnostics and functional testing using company-approved tools (e.g., MacCheck)
  • Accurately document repairs completed and parts used
  • Collaborate with the Tech/RMA team to meet quality and productivity goals
  • Adhere to ESD, safety, and company repair standards at all times

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Apple repair procedures and diagnostic tools
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
  • Basic understanding of macOS functionality and system testing
  • Note: Logic board-level repair experience is not required

Skills and Abilities

  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
