We are looking for a skilled, hands-on technician who takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term career-not just hold a job.

Position Overview

This is a hybrid role combining device repair and retail sales.

You will spend a significant portion of your time performing smartphone repairs, while also assisting customers, recommending solutions, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Device Repair (Primary Focus)

  • Diagnose and repair smartphones (iPhone & Android)
    • Screen replacements
    • Battery replacements
    • Charging ports
    • Speakers, microphones, and other components
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Follow Apple and Samsung certified repair procedures
  • Maintain high standards for quality and accuracy

Customer Service & Sales

  • Greet customers and identify their needs
  • Recommend the right battery, lighting, or repair solution
  • Clearly explain repair options, pricing, and timelines
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

Battery & Technical Services

  • Test and install automotive batteries
  • Perform battery rebuilds (tool batteries, specialty packs)
  • Assist with UPS battery replacements and testing
  • Support other in-store technical services

Store Operations

  • Open and close the store (as scheduled)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Accurately process transactions and repair tickets
