POSITION SUMMARY
Behind every RashawnRose Bride is a creative, passionate, fashion-forward stylist who knows how to turn dreams into reality. RashawnRose Bridal Stylist helps brides navigate their dress-shopping journey, from initial consultations to final fittings. You’ll provide expert styling advice, understand each bride's vision and taste, and deliver a high-touch, emotionally supportive experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Customer Experience:
-
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Provide a high-touch, emotionally thoughtful experience: support brides who may feel overwhelmed, excited, or indecisive.
- Guide brides through trying on dresses; offer honest, tactful advice on fit, silhouette, and design.
- Consistently achieve add-on goals (veils, jewelry, headpieces, accessories).
- Follow up with brides after their appointment to maintain the relationship and support future needs—whether that’s accessories, bridal party looks, or additional gowns.

Product Knowledge & Styling:
-
Provide expert-level knowledge of bridal designers, fabrics, silhouette, alterations and bridal trends.
- Ensure proper fit with accurate measurements and coordinate alterations

Operations & Boutique Maintenance:
-
Help maintain the boutique’s polished aesthetic — restock and organize gowns, keep fitting rooms tidy, and support visual merchandising efforts.
- Utilize our client engagement scoring system / boutique tools to manage bookings, appointment prep, and follow-ups

Product Knowledge & Styling:

  • Provide expert-level knowledge of bridal designers, fabrics, silhouette, alterations and bridal trends.

  • Ensure proper fit with accurate measurements and coordinate alteration

QUALIFICATIONS
-
Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience (bridal, fashion or luxury retail a plus)
- Strong communication skills – (verbal and written)
- Ability to build rapport with clients and their guests
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks in a high-volume setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Confident with Apple products and Google Docs
- Weekend availability required (Saturdays and Sunday are required)

PERSONAL TRAITS/COMPETENCIES

✔ Big Personality & Positive Energy – A great stylist connects with people. You’ll bring warmth, confidence, and adaptability to every bride you meet.
✔Sales-Driven Mindset – Bridal styling is about listening, guiding, and closing. You’ll balance compassion with determination, helping brides say “yes” to the dress while meeting sales goals and conversion targets.
✔ Go-Getter Mentality – We thrive on hustle. You should be proactive, motivated, and excited to create results in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Fashion Eye – Stay on top of bridal trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and accessories while bringing your own unique flair to every appointment.
✔ Retail Therapy Skills – Shopping for a gown can be emotional. Brides need a stylist who can read between the lines, listen to what isn’t being said, and guide them with empathy.
