Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor at Apple Mitsubishi in Elkton, Maryland. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while also driving sales and generating revenue for the dealership. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a base salary plus commission structure that offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately record them in our system
• Educate customers on products and services offered by Apple Mitsubishi
• Promote and sell additional products and services to meet sales goals
• Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule for technicians
• Provide estimates for repair costs and gain customer approvals
• Monitor progress of services and communicate updates to customers
• Work with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
• Address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain knowledge of new products, features, and accessories
• Keep the service area clean and organized
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Knowledge of automotive industry and terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer systems and software
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
