Solution Design: Lead high-level and low-level designs (HLDs/LLDs) for Appian process models, records, interfaces, and business rules.Enterprise Integration: Oversee integrations with microservices, external databases, and REST/SOAP APIs using secure cloud/AWS architectures.Team Leadership: Mentor global engineering teams, drive code quality and governance, and champion CI/CD deployment pipelines

Must Have 1. Minimum 8years of Appian BPM experience.
2. Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc. 3. Should have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc. 4. Should have good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, JS, XML, XSLT etc. 5. should have design/architecture experience building business workflow automation and business rules execution (a.k.a Rules Engine).  Considerations are needed to determine and help in establishing some enterprise standards. Good-to-Have 1. Appian Certifications if any. 2. Should have handled teams of size 6-8 and should be able to mentor the team. 3. Excellent analytical and communication skills. 4.
