JD:
1. Minimum 5 years of Appian BPM experience.
2. Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc.
3. Should have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc.
4. Should have good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, JS, XML, XSLT etc.
5. should have design/architecture experience building business workflow automation and business rules execution (a.k.a Rules Engine). Considerations are needed to determine and help in establishing some enterprise standards.
6. Appian Certifications if any.
7. Should have handled teams of size 5-7 and should be able to mentor the team.
8. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
9. Should have good knowledge of Appian Administration and servers such as JBOSSWebSphereWebLogic etc.
10. Appian Development, Creation of Process Maps and configuration, Appian servers
11. Provide solutions to customer, Define architecture and design level concepts, standards.
12. Mentor teams, Juniors and provide proper guidance
