Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled BPM Architect with extensive experience in banking and financial services to design and deliver innovative BPM/Appian solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, process automation, and end-to-end workflow design, with a focus on scalability, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver BPM/Appian solutions for banking workflows including trades, servicing, and lifecycle management.
  • Define end-to-end process architecture and integrations across enterprise systems.
  • Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive platform-level improvements.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
  • Lead architecture decisions, ensure governance alignment, and guide delivery teams.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 8-10 years of Solution Architecture experience in banking or financial services.
  • Strong experience with BPM platforms, preferably Appian, and process automation.
  • Experience designing end-to-end workflows across multiple systems including orchestration, approvals, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong background in architecture and scalable platform design, including security, integration, data, and cloud.
  • Experience with API-led integrations, distributed systems, and multi-system environments.
  • Knowledge of wealth, investment banking, or digital banking workflows.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep Appian expertise or certifications
