We are currently seeking an Account Services Coordinator:

  • Responsible and accountable for managing the order management processes for a specific Business
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams (sales, production, design, warehouse, imports)
  • Focus on problem prevention and resolution
  • Promotes teamwork

Order Management

  • Ensures timely 24-48 hour and accurate order entry
  • Establish checks and balances to ensure all orders are captured, processed and checked for accuracy
  • Order allocations and fulfillment:
    • Review inbound product reports, partner with imports and warehouse, drop picks to warehouse, manage shortages, work with warehouse on routing requirements.
    • Daily management of order files daily to review all new orders processed and goods received
  • EDI processing and managing EDI hold file, and EDI revisions
  • Point of contact for our retail partners for shipping inquiries, order inquiries, extensions, corrections and maintenance.
  • Review, update and retrieve information from external vendor/accounts portals as needed
  • Ownership of order file throughout lifecycle of orders.
  • Partners with sales to quickly resolve issues that prevent or delay the order management process

Teamwork

  • Supports OJG business goals and objectives
  • Ensures collaboration and communication between Account Services, sales and all cross functional teams
  • Establishes priorities based on T&A Calendar
  • Attends weekly CFT meetings as needed
  • Assists team with workload for other business segments as needed
  • Escalate issues to team leader on a timely basis

Reports and Disciplines

  • Run /Review daily reports for order file accuracy and order fulfilment
  • Unconfirmed, Open order, past cancel, confirmed not shipped
  • Update and review with sales weekly open order with updates for problem preventing and problem solving
  • Review Flash Report
