Position Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead planning, development, and lifecycle management for Stanley 1913's Café product category. In this role, you will turn consumer insights and market trends into clear product roadmaps. You will guide cross-functional teams from concept to launch and ensure our products reflect Stanley 1913's dedication to quality, innovation, and sustainability. This position requires working at the Stanley 1913 Seattle, WA HQ. It follows a hybrid schedule with 2-3 office days per week.
What You'll Do
  • Support product line planning with trend insight, competitive analysis, marketplace opportunity, and pro-forma costing.
  • Support the creation of product briefs, product creation milestone reviews, packaging briefs, and go-to-market product plans.
  • Turn strategic and creative direction into on-brand, consumer-focused products, leading development through concept, design, tooling, and go-to-market globally.
  • Own product line administration, including new product & collateral development support, new item creation in systems, and global/regional line planning tools.
  • Coordinate physical and digital assets required to communicate the product line, including prototypes, color/sales samples, product renders/images, and product collateral.
  • Responsible for the product pipeline with weekly meetings, project tracking, and timeline management across functions - in partnership with Project Management.
  • Work with Creative, Commercial/Sales, Marketing and Operations on go-to-market activities such as strategic account pitch creation, product rendering/photography assets, copywriting, and inventory planning.
  • Proactively communicate needs, deliverables, and progress across functions with an understanding of seasonal or program timelines and Concept to Consumer process.
  • Support product lifecycle management through seasonal reviews of costing, pricing, sourcing, color forecasting, and assortment planning.
Who You Are
  • Proven understanding of the principles of product creation: design, engineering, product development, manufacturing, and project management.
  • Creative, analytical, with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in consumer products, consumer insights, and market landscape.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Take initiative and prioritize tasks; shows good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and effective communicator, able to work with global teams and understands and anticipates the needs of cross-functional timelines.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management for consumer goods.
  • Prior experience working directly with product management, sales, and design/creative departments.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet (or a similar project management tool).
  • Expert in building compelling, well crafted PowerPoint presentations
  • Previous Product Marketing experience a plus.
