Job description

Global womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is in search of an experienced Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. We are looking for a motivated candidate who is adaptable, flexible, and a true self-starter.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Production Lifecycle Management:
    • Assist with the entire product creation process, from development hand-off through to final production and delivery.
    • Monitor the production pipeline from the initial sample stage to final delivery.
    • Proactively track production milestones and manage bulk production with overseas factories to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Coordinate shipping timelines and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely product arrival.
    • Manage high-volume import production, including multiple production cycles and reorders.
    • Handle fabric approvals and track bulk fabric status.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication:
    • Serve as the primary daily contact for overseas factories.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Tech Design, Development, and Receiving) to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Partner with Product Development and Design to troubleshoot and resolve any production setbacks quickly.
    • Proactively identify production risks and drive timely resolution to maintain production schedules.
    • Maintain strong follow-up with overseas vendors throughout the entire production timeline.
  • Administrative & Reporting:
    • Update WIP (Work in Progress) and T&A (Time and Action) reports based on the production schedule.
    • Follow up with vendors on samples to ensure timely arrival for fittings and key seasonal meetings.
    • Provide clear, detailed updates to the reporting manager when production issues arise.
    • Ability to independently manage multiple styles and production timelines across several factories.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 4 years of production experience in the apparel industry.
    • Familiarity with sourcing, logistics, and production terminology.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced apparel environment with multiple seasonal deliveries and high SKU volume.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills for daily interaction with overseas factories.
    • Strong leadership skills.
