Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International Logistics Coordinator to join our wholesale operations team. This is an on-site role in Los Angeles. This role is central to ensuring the seamless movement of sales orders, from creation through final delivery to our wholesale international partners and accounts. The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of experience in apparel logistics, a strong understanding of order management workflows, outbound logistics and routing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.


Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Logistics & Shipping Coordination
  • Coordinate domestic and international freight bookings with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and carrier partners to meet delivery windows. Strong understanding of HTS code classification.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs documentation for import/export compliance.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and 3PL teams to prioritize pick, pack, and ship schedules aligned with account needs and routing requirements.
  • Manage and enforce retailer routing guides, ensuring compliance with vendor standards to minimize chargebacks.
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments and provide proactive communication on delays or exceptions.
  • Understanding of reverse logistics, such as sample and post season returns.


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, CS and Production Planning to align on inventory availability, seasonal flow, and account priorities and order processing as needed.
  • Support warehouse EDI transaction management and coordinate with IT teams to resolve transaction errors.
  • Collaborate with Finance on invoice accuracy, deductions, and claims related to logistics.
  • Assist with seasonal logistics planning including trade show international shipping, sample coordination, and showroom SMS replenishment.


Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Maintain accurate shipment and order data; generate weekly/monthly reports on fill rates and on-time delivery.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs across logistics and international order management workflows.
  • Support the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics operations.
Required
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order management within the apparel, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Full Circle BlueCherry, Shopify Plus, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of wholesale logistics, vendor compliance, and routing guide requirements.
  • Experience coordinating with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and domestic carriers.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data reconciliation).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with external wholesale partners and internal teams.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with import/export documentation and international freight processes.
  • Experience in a wholesale brand environment supporting international retail accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Admin, related certifications (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3 + 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment operations
  • Knowledge in global supply chain processes.
  • Experience working with 3PL providers, courier partnerships, and global fulfillment centers.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics, forecasting, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment
