Job Description
Cricut's Software Product Management team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and vision of how content is consumed on our platform. This role owns the end-to-end experience that helps new Design Space users quickly achieve their first successful projects and build confidence using the platform. It partners closely with Design, Engineering, Research, and Marketing to identify onboarding opportunities, prioritize customer-centric solutions, and optimize activation, engagement, and long-term user success through data-driven experimentation.
Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the following:
  • Define, share and evangelize the product vision across the organization, build a prioritized roadmap, and make actionable progress towards that vision
  • Gather insights from numerous sources - metrics, member feedback, customer research, competitive analysis etc. and then translate their user needs into deliverable product requirements
  • Working with UX, QA, Content and Software Development teams to bring new products to market
  • Working with product marketing to execute marketing plans; analyzing performance post launch with QA and Analytics teams; and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the software.
  • Use data to identify content gaps and collaborate with the content team to support content acquisition/production

We are looking for leaders with a thirst for challenge and a passion for delighting members. You should be comfortable working with a high-caliber team and be motivated by a fast-paced working environment. We are looking for people who have a hunger to create new products and user experiences and who live our values.
Qualifications
  • Preferred 3-5 years of experience in the software product management role, a plus if you have zero-to-one experience
  • Approach product management as an owner, understanding cross-functionally from ideation, execution, launch and beyond what is needed for a product to succeed
  • Excellent tactical and strategic thinking as well as interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • You have experience in defining innovative products and experiences as well as leading teams
  • You should possess a proven ability to translate member insights into member experience and business strategy recommendations
  • Collaborative and reliable team member who can play a leadership role on cross-functional teams with a proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment
  • Decision-making experiences demonstrating appropriate balance between thoughtful research and the need for timeliness
  • You have a "can do" attitude and work towards bringing positivity and solutions to user problems
  • Keen attention to detail and systems thinking
  • Ability to effectively plan measures of success, organize, analyze, and present data with solutions
  • Passion for crafting and creative content
