As an Assistant Store Manager, youโ€™ll work side by side with the Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. Youโ€™ll lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional 5.11 EDGE customer experience.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Support store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visuals.

Pay Range:ย $17.00-$20.00 per hour
