Neurosurgery APP
Join a highly regarded neurosurgery team in Ocala, Florida, within a well-established and collaborative hospital program.
Highlights:
  • Be part of a skilled neuroscience team that includes 4 neurosurgeons, 4 APPs, 2 neurointerventionalists, and 2 neurohospitalists.
  • Manage a busy neurosurgery service with both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
  • Participate in 3 operative days per week ( 20% cranial, 80% spine).
  • Perform bedside neuro-ICU and neurosurgical trauma procedures.
  • Provide 2 days per week of outpatient clinic coverage.
  • Shared call responsibilities with a supportive team.
  • High level of autonomy and exposure to a wide range of complex neurosurgical cases.
  • Work within a comprehensive stroke center and Level 1 trauma hospital supported by an excellent neuro-ICU and neuro step-down unit.
  • Experience required - prior neurosurgical or surgical background preferred.
