Technical Lead Mobile App Development

Must have skills and experience:

  • 2+ years as Technical Lead of a mobile app development group.
  • 3+ years of React Native hands-on development experience.
  • 2+ years of either native Android or native iOS hands-on development experience.
  • 3+ years of mobile app architecture.
  • Deep understanding of React Native, including core components, MVVM, APIs, Redux, best practices.
  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript languages.
  • Experience with setup and development of mobile app push notifications and deep linking features.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GIT repository, Jira, Confluence, Agile, Scrum.
  • Ability to work with Architect and answer technical questions for developers.
  • Ability to collaborate with Architect and contribute to architecture needs.
  • Demonstrated ability with full system thinking, not focused only on tasks and requirements, but ability to see implications of requested changes across the code base.
  • Ability to work a majority of hours at the same time as the offshore developers so that guidance, Q&A and reviews can be performed in a timely manner.

  • Experience with mentoring engineers and reviewing designs and code.
