Job description

Apollo Commercial Maintenance is a leading commercial facility maintenance company providing service to commercial and retail property managers and owners in the Chicagoland area. We are looking for full-time Service Coordinators to join our growing team.

Our Service Coordinators are responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients and managing and reporting on operational workflow. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, understand their needs, and act as their primary point of contact

· Schedule, monitor and report on daily work order status in order to manage customer expectations

· Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to deliver exceptional service to clients

· Process, manage and ensure resolution of all operational requests from clients

· Meet on-site with clients, vendors, inspectors, etc.

· Prepare quotes/proposals for maintenance projects and RFPs

· Track T&M on projects for invoicing/budget/reporting purposes

· Conduct regularly scheduled property inspections to identify and communicate issues/deficiencies directly to clients

Qualifications

· BI-LINGUAL in English/Spanish a plus

· 3-5 years experience in facility maintenance and/or construction services

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues

· Organized, independent and detail-oriented

· Available for after-hours communication, if necessary

· Proficient in technology and social media platforms including Microsoft Word and Excel
