Regional Account Manager � Automotive OEM Marketing
Remote field position | Central Region | Up to $125K OTE
Team Velocity is seeking a relationship-driven Regional Account Manager (RAM) to join our OEM FordDirect Team. In this client-facing role, you'll serve as a trusted marketing partner to automotive dealerships, helping them use data, technology, and multichannel marketing strategies to sell and service more vehicles, strengthen customer retention, and grow revenue.
You'll manage dealer relationships throughout the Central region, provide consultative marketing guidance, evaluate campaign performance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure every campaign is executed accurately and on time.
What You'll Do
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with automotive dealership clients.
  • Conduct consultative marketing assessments and recommend solutions aligned with each dealer's sales, service, retention, and revenue goals.
  • Help dealerships implement effective, data-informed marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Team Velocity's proprietary technology platforms.
  • Translate campaign data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps for dealer leadership.
  • Lead regular client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning conversations.
  • Partner with Client Services, Production, and other internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate monthly revenue forecasts and account records.
  • Provide dealership teams with training to support their sales and service objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve account performance, expand client adoption, and strengthen retention.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Team Velocity's products and services within your first 90 days.
  • Support new products, services, and initiatives as the company evolves.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least two years of professional experience in consultative account management, client retention, or another client-facing role.
  • Professional experience in at least one of the following areas:
    • Automotive marketing
    • Automotive advertising agency services
    • Automotive media sales
    • Automotive retail
  • Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into practical client recommendations.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, accountable approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to visit clients and attend business meetings as needed.

Territory / Location
This is a full-time, salaried, remote field position supporting dealerships across the Central region. Candidates should reside in or near one of the following markets:
  • Kansas City or St. Louis, Missouri
  • Little Rock, Arkansas
  • Memphis or Nashville, Tennessee
