Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Strong experience in EDI Integration Support (ANSI X12, Retail Transactions).
  • Experience supporting API-based integrations and partner onboarding.
  • Expertise in integration lifecycle management including onboarding, testing, deployment validation, and production support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Experience working with retail supply chain, order management, inventory, and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • L1/L2 support for partner integrations leveraging EDI and API technologies.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues across business partners and third-party vendors.
  • Manage EDI transaction processing, exception handling, and error resolution.
  • Perform order resend processing and ensure successful transaction completion.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory feed and data synchronization issues.
  • Support third-party partner onboarding, testing, certification, and go-live activities.
  • Manage API credentials, security tokens, and authentication-related issues.
  • Coordinate IP whitelisting and access control requests with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document integration workflows, support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and operational runbooks.
  • Work closely with business teams, vendors, and technology teams to ensure seamless support operations.
  • Mentor and train offshore support resources to enhance team capability and service continuity.
