Job description

We re looking for a Designer for our product team to design new features for our roster of payments platform components and launch new apps in the B2B payments space. You ll also be involved in crafting proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pitch decks to help us win new business and bring ideas to life for prospective clients.

The Product Designer will be responsible for executing projects from conception through to production. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in visual and UX design, experience designing complex B2B/FinTech platforms focused on acquiring and financial infrastructure, and the ability to rapidly produce high quality work while managing overlapping projects and deadlines. Must be a strong visual, verbal and written communicator with excellent presentation skills.

The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter with strong attention to detail while possessing the ability to also look at the big picture. Must have ability to balance user experience, client needs, business and technical requirements while producing attractive, high caliber work.

Required Skills & Education

  • 7+ years of experience designing complex B2B/SaaS platforms, developer tools, or financial infrastructure products.
  • Demonstrated experience in payments acquiring, merchant-facing products, or platform-as-a-service models.
  • Solid foundation in user experience best practices
  • Strong understanding of fundamental visual design principles such as composition, hierarchy, color, etc.
  • Experience crafting visually compelling pitch decks or concept presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • Bachelor s Degree in a related field
  • Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, and proficiency with other standard design tools
