Job description

At Automotive Parts Headquarters (APH), our Warehouse Shipping Associates play a critical role in ensuring the right parts get to the right customers—accurately, safely, and on time.

This is a full-time opportunity with a consistent schedule and opportunities for growth within a family-owned company that has served customers for over 100 years.

Shift:
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay Range: $17.00 - $25.00 based on experience

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Shipping Associate, you'll help prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring every package meets our quality and accuracy standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
  • Prioritize expedited orders to ensure on-time delivery commitments.
  • Inspect products before shipping to ensure they meet APH quality standards.
  • Safely handle merchandise while following warehouse safety procedures, including lifting and tote weight guidelines (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Assist with packing, staging, and preparing orders for carrier pickup.
  • Identify inventory discrepancies or location issues and communicate them to warehouse leadership.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support other warehouse and distribution functions as business needs require.

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or distribution experience is preferred, but we're happy to train motivated individuals.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
