Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Description:
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents have safe and comfortable living spaces. From repairing broken outlets and fans to preparing apartments for new residents, your work will make a difference every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing broken outlets, fixing fans, and repairing minor plumbing issues.
