The Apartment Community Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of residential apartment communities. This position is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine inspections to uphold property standards and enhance resident satisfaction. The technician will respond promptly to maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and coordinate with management to prioritize work orders. By maintaining common areas, apartment units, and building systems, the technician helps create a comfortable and well-maintained living environment. Ultimately, this role supports the overall success of the property by contributing to resident retention and the community’s positive reputation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field, preferably within residential or apartment communities.
