Job description

We are cleaning a brand new apartment complex in Dubuque, and we are looking for temporary workers to help! This will not all happen in one mobilization, so some flexibility is required. There are 7 new apartment buildings going up, and we will be cleaning them one at a time, with potential time in between each building. 

Job Description

You will be doing tasks including but not necessarily limited to...

- Performing cleaning tasks (dusting, cleaning & sanitizing surfaces, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)

- Using and managing chemicals (all purpose cleaner, disinfectant, toilet bowl cleaner, glass cleaner, degreaser, and other chemicals)

- Using equipment (vacuum, razor blades, flat mops etc.)

- Carrying & moving heavy objects (must be able to carry at least 50 pounds)

- Inspect & document quality of work and time spent as specified

Requirements

- Must have a valid driver’s license

- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

- Must be punctual, professional, and communicative
