Job description

Envolve Client Services Group owns and professionally manages apartment communities located throughout the southeastern United States. We are a company whose success is measured by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to be.

Envolve offers a wide variety of opportunities from residential apartment management, leasing, maintenance and more. We, the Envolve team are recruiting friendly self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed, to join our growing company. We are currently searching for Assistant Community Manager candidates for Riverside Senior in Wisconsin. 

Essential Duties:

  • Assist in directing and supervision of maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping
  • Assist Manager in inspecting the physical exterior and
  • Make recommendations to Community Manager for necessary
  • Help create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all LEDIC
  • Assist Manager in supervision of any leasing
  • Maintain a current knowledge of area competition and market
  • Make periodic reports to Manager after making visits to surrounding competition
  • Complete or supervise completion and accuracy of weekly activity
  • Complete or supervise completion and accuracy of all rental applications and recording of all rental and leasing
  • Assist Manager in training of any on site leasing personnel
  • Assist Community Manager in the reporting, assigning, and recording of all resident
  • Assisting Manager in the implementation of resident renewal and retention
  • Assist Manager in handling resident requests and in communicating with the
  • Responsible for the collection, receipting, and recording of all
  • Collection of all delinquent
  • Completion and accuracy of all month ending reports on income and lease
  • Daily recording and reporting of all bank
  • Collection of all NSF
  • Legal filing for delinquent accounts and follow-through until eviction complete under Manager’s direction.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Education and Work Experience Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; some college strongly
  • 1 - 2 years of property management experience or equivalent business experience
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in leasing, sales, hospitality or customer service

 Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

  • This individual will require the ability to interact with other employees as well as residents and demonstrate good communication skills.
  • Must be able to take directions and corrections from supervisors and demonstrate the ability to improve from such
  • Must demonstrate above average accounting and budgeting skills
  • Have the ability to ascertain current market status and develop an interest in developing new marketing and leasing
  • Be able to assume Manager responsibilities in absence of Manager, and must have a working knowledge of all Manager duties and
  • Maintain a professional appearance with the flexibility to work on the property with other employees, residents and prospective
  • Must be able to multi-task.

Rate: $18.00 - $19.00
