We are a solutions-driven property management company, managing a portfolio of commercial real estate properties totaling over 11mm SF. Our commitment is to develop sound management practices to add long-term value to our client's properties by focusing on asset stabilization, tenant retention strategies, efficient planning of tenant improvements, and a diligent approach to reducing operating costs.

Position Summary

Based in Houston, TX, this role supports the Property Manager in overseeing all aspects of complex commercial properties, including daily operations and financial activities. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in office property management environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate property and lease records according to company standards
  • Support annual budget preparation and reforecasting
  • Address tenant concerns promptly through coordination with administrative and technical staff
  • Track and maintain insurance certificates for vendors and tenants
  • Conduct property inspections and recommend maintenance improvements
  • Coordinate vendor services and provide supervision as needed
  • Process tenant billings for additional services through the landlord expense recovery system
  • Manage vendor invoicing through web-based accounting software
  • Assists in managing and coordinating financial transactions including AR/AP, rent collection, and financial record maintenance
  • Distribute monthly rent statements
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs
  • Review security incident reports as needed

Requirements

Education:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience:
