Vice President-Team Leader-Financial Services

As a VP/Team Leader at Aon Risk Services Central, Inc. you will lead and develop a high-performing team while overseeing key client accounts and driving strategic initiatives within our retail brokerage operations.

This is a hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA

Job Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Develop and implement organizational strategies to optimize team performance and achieve business objectives.
* Utilize data analysis to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and enhance operational efficiency.
* Oversee all aspects of project management for assigned initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
* Prepare and present comprehensive reports, documentation, and financial planning materials to internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
* Apply strong conflict resolution skills to address and resolve complex client or team issues.
* Drive customer relationship management efforts, building and maintaining strong, long-term client partnerships.

Job Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Relationship Management.
* Demonstrated expertise in Team Development and Team Management.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Data Analysis.
* Excellent organizational and Project Management capabilities.
* Experience in developing and executing Organizational Strategy.
* Proficiency in Report Writing and Documentations.
* Understanding of Financial Planning principles.
* Strong Conflict Resolution abilities.
* Experience within the Retail Brokerage sector is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years insurance experience, preferably with management liability insurance
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Insurance license or willingness to secure within 60 days of hire
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong time management skills

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $150,000 to $200,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location


This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.  The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
