Regulatory Affairs Specialist in
Topeka, KS
As a
Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will:
- Be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate regulatory documentation to USDA and other agencies.
- Be responsible for completing, verifying, and tracking official certificates for international shipments.
- Be responsible for coordinating and distributing approved regulatory packages to receiving countries to avoid delays.
- Be responsible for maintaining trackers and logs in Google Sheets for real-time visibility of submissions.
- Be responsible for using SAP, AO Docs, and internal databases to ensure compliance records are accurate.
- Be responsible for collaborating with logistics, shipping, and quality teams to align paperwork with export requirements.
This is a
full time, Contract opportunity.
The
ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Logistics, Animal/Natural Sciences, or related).
- 1-3 years in compliance, logistics, or document control.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, data management) and Excel.
- Catch formatting/data errors and follow strict government guidelines.
- Capable of meeting tight submission timelines.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Comfort with SAP, AO Docs, and AI-assisted tools.
- Understanding of USDA export processes and international compliance requirements
- Experience working with logistics, shipping, and quality teams.
- Streamline documentation workflows and reporting.
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
