Retail Team Lead

America's Antique Mall is hiring an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Team Lead to join our Highland team.

America's Antique Mall is a unique retail marketplace featuring hundreds of independent vendors and small-business owners. We are committed to excellent customer service and a positive, team-oriented work environment.

The Retail Team Lead supports store management with daily operations and provides direction to employees during assigned shifts. This hands-on role includes assisting shoppers and vendors, operating the register, maintaining store standards, and helping open and close the store.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional service to shoppers and vendors
  • Support daily store operations and assigned employees
  • Open and close the store according to established procedures
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and follow cash-handling procedures
  • Help train new employees on basic store procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
  • Assist with shopper and vendor questions
  • Help resolve routine shopper concerns

Qualifications
