Job description

Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for an Associate Brand Marketing Manager. The Associate Brand Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns and experiential initiatives across Anthropologie, Anthropologie Home, Anthropologie Weddings, and Terrain. This role will help bring the brand to life through omnichannel marketing campaigns, brand events, partnerships, and experiential experiences that strengthen brand affinity, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives.

Working cross-functionally, this individual will coordinate campaign development from planning through execution, ensuring alignment across creative, digital, retail, PR, social, and external partners. They will also support the execution of national and regional brand events, pop-up activations, influencer experiences, and brand partnerships that create meaningful customer connections while driving traffic and sales.

The Associate Brand Marketing Manager will serve as a highly organized project manager and creative problem solver, facilitating communication between teams, identifying opportunities to elevate campaigns, and ensuring flawless execution across multiple workstreams. They will stay attuned to industry trends, cultural moments, competitive activity, and emerging experiential opportunities to continually inspire fresh ideas that keep Anthropologie at the forefront of brand storytelling.

Role Responsibilities

Events, Experiential Activations & External Partnerships

  • Partner with the Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute cross-promotional partnerships, brand events, pop-up activations, influencer experiences, and community-driven initiatives across Anthropologie, Anthropologie Home, Anthropologie Weddings, and Terrain.
  • Support all phases of event and partnership planning, from concept development and research through execution, including venue sourcing, vendor and talent management, logistics, product coordination, budget tracking, and on-site production.
  • Lead the development and dissemination of event and partnership briefs, coordinating with cross-functional teams including Creative, Copy, Digital, Social, PR, Retail Marketing, Stores, and Retention to ensure seamless execution across all marketing channels.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for external partners, facilitating communication, sharing brand guidelines and campaign assets, coordinating marketing deliverables, and identifying opportunities for meaningful cross-promotional exposure.
  • Oversee all product-related components of activations and events, including merchandising requests, sample management, DC orders, gifting, and product shipments.
  • Manage day-to-day event operations, including maintaining the events inbox, building and managing RSVP pages within Splash, tracking registrations, coordinating guest communications, and supporting attendee management.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, venues, and brand partners to deliver elevated customer experiences while identifying new partnership opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive post-event and partnership recaps by compiling performance metrics, sales results, customer and store feedback, social engagement, and key learnings to inform future marketing strategies and programming.

Media Partnerships

  • Support Brand Marketing Manager in maintaining relationships with key media partners to keep Anthropologie, Anthropologie Weddings & Anthropologie Home top of mind for potential paid placements
  • Assist in the execution of all confirmed media plans by briefing in assets needed to internal teams, delivering assets back to partners and monitoring media once live to ensure KPIs are being met and anticipated ROI is driven
  • Track current campaigns, capture and analyze all results upon completion and evaluate paid placement opportunities for future campaigns- offer insight/POV to Brand Marketing Manager for strategic planning

 Invoicing, Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Manage the receipt, filing, submission and payment of all invoices across business areas
  • Partner with Brand Marketing Manager to ensure we are tracking to budget, proactively communicating shifts if/as they arise
  • Responsible for reviewing, editing and speaking to monthly team trial balance, ensuring all invoices/PCard charges have been executed and accruing for anticipated spend
  • Work with Brand Marketing Manager to project spend for upcoming projects and speak to pertinent shifts/updates in Forecast meetings with larger team
Role Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of marketing/events experience; partnership and fashion/retail experience a plus
  • A charismatic and proactive style of communication desired for external communication
  • Strong organization skills inclusive of building timelines and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of cross-functional partners
  • General awareness of/experience working with media companies and brand partners a plus
  • Motivated by curiosity, whether solving a problem, pursuing a new experience, or seeking creative inspiration
  • A proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results
