Job description

The Antenna Design Engineer provides advanced expertise in antenna engineering and electromagnetics to support system design, simulation, and performance optimization across multiple antenna platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
Perform electromagnetic simulations using HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, FEKO, or XFdtd
Analyze antenna performance including gain, radiation patterns, beamwidth, and polarization
Develop technical reports assessing design and installation performance
Recommend design improvements to optimize operational capability


Qualifications:
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
10+ years of experience in antenna design, fabrication, and testing
PhD may substitute for 2 years of experience

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
