Agile Project Manager
Serves as the Project Manager for a large, complex task order or group of related task orders, coordinating closely with the Program Manager, KO, COTR, government leadership, and customer stakeholders to
ensure compliant, timely delivery of all requirements. Oversees all technical and programmatic execution,
including roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, schedule development, resource allocation, reporting, and alignment with engineering direction. Provides leadership to multi-disciplinary teams while also maintaining the capability to perform subordinate operational roles such as VTC Administrator, Lead, or Telecom Network Junior Engineer, supporting SBC/CUBE and E911 operations, Tier 1–2 troubleshooting, and engineering-directed maintenance. Ensures adherence to approved procedures during development, testing, and change events; consolidates operational and technical reporting; sustains audit readiness; enforces enterprise policy compliance; and serves as the senior on-site authority ensuring continuity of operations and fully integrated, customer-focused service delivery. Requirements:
- Certification: Must have Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional
(PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.) - Seven (7) years of relevant experience and 6 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields. - Certification: Must possess a current baseline networking certification to support required operational coverage responsibilities. - Education: BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience. - Investigative Requirement: Must possess IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5) - 8570/8140: DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level II. Candidate must posses one of the following certifications: CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, CCISO, GSLC, HCISSP
