Job Description
  • Review and complete change desk tickets in a
    timely fashion
  • Review change requests and determine if it is a
    bona fide Change in Circumstance
  • Monitor and disclose Loan Estimates and Change in
    Circumstances

  • Address fee variances and cure if applicable
  • Verify
    accuracy of fees to mitigate TRID and RESPA violations, understand where
    fees are to be located on the LE and CD.
  • Communicate with all partners including Sales,
    Processing, Closing and Underwriting as needed
  • Verify accuracy of fees to mitigate TRID and
    RESPA violations

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of mortgage related experience in one of the following departments loan
processing, post-closing, servicing, QC, audit, compliance, funding, closing,
and/or document review
Knowledge of TRID and Change in Circumstance
process
Knowledge of the mortgage origination disclosure
process
Knowledge of mortgage terms, documents and
related forms
RESPA/TRID training/experience
Experience with Encompass Highly
desired.
High School Diploma/GED
College Degree Preferred
