Customer Service Representative

Northeastern Appliance Service is the premier service company for the Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove family of luxury appliances. We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Our Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison of Northeastern Appliance Service, providing product and service information to clients and resolving any emerging issues that clients may face with accuracy and efficiency. They will be responsible for accounts receivable related functions including submitting warranty claims, as well as scheduling technician calls and handling all customer service. At Northeastern Appliance Service, we focus on ensuring exemplary service standards. We respond efficiently to client inquiries and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Customer Service Representative will provide targeted support to Northeastern Appliance Service in meeting customer service expectations.
Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming customer calls.
  • Identify and assess clients' needs or concerns.
  • Build sustainable relationships and confidence through transparent and interactive communication.
  • Bookkeeping/maintaining accounts and records.
  • Submit warranty claims.
  • Follow communication procedures and policies within company guidelines.
  • Schedule service calls ensuring efficient routes for field technicians.
Requirements
  • Some previous experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
