About the role
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in our daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. From receiving incoming inventory to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, you'll help keep products moving efficiently while maintaining high standards for accuracy, organization, and quality.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organized, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
What you'll do
  • Receive inbound shipments and verify product quantities against packing slips.
  • Inspect incoming merchandise for damage or discrepancies and report any issues promptly.
  • Process, sort, label, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
  • Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or warehouse management tools.
  • Carefully pack orders to ensure products arrive safely and meet company quality standards.
  • Apply shipping labels, verify package contents, and prepare shipments for carrier pickup.
  • Assist with inventory organization, stock replenishment, and routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow company safety procedures and proper material handling practices.
  • Support other warehouse and fulfillment projects as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Comfortable learning warehouse systems, handheld scanners, and other operational technology.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with teammates.
  • Flexible and willing to assist in different areas of warehouse operations as needed.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds independently.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout an 8-10 hour shift.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company training and safety guidelines.

The pay range for this role is:
20 - 21 USD per hour (Irvine, CA)
