Job Summary
CADY is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative and Marketing team. In this role, you will produce high-quality graphic design, layouts, animation, and motion design that elevate both the CADY brand and our school partnerships. You will translate marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms which includes email, social media, web, brochures, posters, postcards, and event graphics. You will also create engaging motion graphics and video for websites and sales materials. Additionally, you will develop branded presentations for school partners, using lifelike mockups to visualize concepts across large-format applications such as wall wraps, window treatments, and full campus branding.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop concepts, implement design strategies and produce winning creative solutions.
  2. Create design solutions across a wide range of deliverables-including print, digital, web, social, presentations, environmental graphics, signage, production assets, and campaign concepts-while consistently adhering to established brand standards.
  3. Adhere to the established creative process.
  4. Works with Project Manager and Supervisor on: Hours determination; electronic information management, File management, setting up printer files.
  5. Work within allocated hours and meet given deadlines.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, production and time sensitive environment.
  7. Team player, able to multitask and handle daily deadlines and meeting goals.
  8. Organization skills are a must to ensure quick and efficient production management.
  9. Positive attitude and is open to constructive feedback from the senior level design team.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the graphic arts/design field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma. After Effects or video editing software is a plus.
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills.
  • Prepared portfolio of work.
  • Understanding of preparing printed materials for output
  • Understanding of video compression techniques and file formats for web and social media platforms including mov. gif and mp4.
  • Interpret client needs with creative solutions.
  • Onsite Role - Innovation Center (Alpharetta, GA) 5 days a week.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment regularly.
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach within an office environment.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 15 lbs., such as files, office supplies, or equipment.
  • Comfortable working in a standard indoor office setting with moderate noise levels.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through virtual meeting platforms.
