2026-2027 School Year
Job Title:  CTE Teacher - Animation/Graphic Design
Reports To:    CTE Director/ Campus Principal
Qualifications:
            At least a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College
            Teaching field in the announced position
            Certification as required by the Texas Education Agency
            Other preparation and skills as may be deemed necessary to fulfill all responsibilities of the position
Performance Responsibilities:
1.         Meets and instructs assigned classes in the locations and at the times designated, maintaining a classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
2.         Prepares for classes assigned, employing instructional methods and materials that are most appropriate for meeting stated objectives, using and keeping written plans as evidence of preparation.
3.         Assesses the accomplishments of students on a regular basis and provides progress reports as required.
4.         Assists in upholding and enforcing school rules, administrative regulations, and Board policy.
5.         Cooperates with other members of the staff in planning instructional goals, objectives, and methods.
6.         Works to establish and maintain open lines of communication with students and their parents concerning both the broad academic and behavioral progress of all assigned students.
7.         Establishes and maintains cooperative relations with others.
8.         All other duties as assigned by the superintendent.
