We're seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic creative team, where you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of digital storytelling and brand expression. This is an exciting opportunity to lead motion-driven initiatives, bringing products and brand narratives to life through captivating animation. You will play a pivotal role in defining how motion enhances clarity, usability, and overall engagement across a wide array of digital experiences, directly influencing how users connect with vital information and services.
What You'll Do:
  • Design and execute compelling motion across diverse digital experiences, including product animations, video content, data visualizations, UI transitions, and interaction states.
* Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives that resonate with users.
* Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, creatives, and developers to seamlessly integrate motion into product and marketing initiatives.
* Develop and maintain a consistent, scalable motion language that effectively balances brand identity, user experience, and performance.
* Produce and refine essential static assets, such as illustrations, composites, and light design elements, to support motion projects.
* Champion and evolve brand standards across all digital touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency and excellence.
* Present creative work, adeptly incorporate feedback, and actively contribute to a collaborative and innovative creative culture.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of specialized experience in motion design, animation, and concept-driven storytelling.
* A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional motion work across digital products, brand experiences, and/or interactive platforms.
* Expert proficiency in After Effects, coupled with strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
* Proven experience with Figma and Lottie (or similar) for product integration and developer handoff.
* Deep understanding of motion principles specifically applied to user experience (e.g., transitions, hierarchy, feedback).
* Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., reduced motion) and performance optimization best practices.
* Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with product teams and engineering counterparts.
* Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas and work to cross-functional partners.
