As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing daily production operations while following all appliable safety, quality and manufacturing procedures; complete work in a timely manner while maintaining excellent standards.

  • Operating multiple machines simultaneously.

  • Daily communication with Engineering teams, planners, Sales and Management on a level necessary to allow closed-loop communication of assembly and scheduling issues.

  • Inspection of purchased parts, components and equipment.

  • Work effectively in a multi-team environment; communicate with sales, planning, engineering and management teams regarding assembly and scheduling issues.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution.

  • Be available to work Swing shift- Monday through Friday 2:30pm to 11:00pm and overtime and weekends as needed.

  • Have a minimum 6 months of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, customer service (retail, food service, etc.), clerical, technical, and / or mechanical

  • Have a good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.

  • Be willing to learn and follow internal Health, Safety and Environmental policies to ensure compliance.

  • Have the ability to operate material moving equipment and/or obtain the necessary certification.

  • Work with small parts and read fine text.

  • Have ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

  • Have ability to read and interpret routine instructions.

  • Work with approved chemicals.

  • Lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted.

  • Be able to pass basic solder training.
