We are seeking a Materials Handling Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.
The Basics
Location: Chandler, AZ (onsite)
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:30 PM - 10PM
Compensation: $18.00/hour

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Deliver ingredients, supplies, and equipment to pharmacy labs
    • Read batch tickets and distribute materials accurately
    • Keep pharmacy production stocked and running smoothly
    • Track and organize chemicals, ingredients, and lab supplies
    • Support medication production for veterinarians and pets
    • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
    • Follow pharmacy safety and quality standards
    • Communicate with teams to keep production moving efficiently
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED
    • Experience in manufacturing, production, or compounding preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
    • Ability to follow formulas, procedures, and batch instructions
    • Comfortable working with chemicals used in compounding
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to stay focused in a production environment
    • Positive, team-oriented attitude
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Ability to stand and work in a lab/production setting
