Our client is seeking a Formulator to support their business producing animal feed products while partnering with manufacturing operations to deliver consistent, high-quality results. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a great team and grow their career in the Feed Industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain feed formulations that support production, quality, and customer requirements
- Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to ensure formulations are successfully implemented in production
- Monitor formulation performance and recommend adjustments when needed to support product consistency
- Assist with ingredient evaluations and formulation updates as raw materials or product requirements change
- Support troubleshooting efforts involving formulation-related production or quality concerns
- Maintain accurate formulation documentation and technical records
- Partner with internal teams to support continuous improvement initiatives related to feed formulation
- Stay current on industry practices and nutritional advancements that support product performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
