SALARY: $20.07 per hour (Months 1-6); $21.19 per hour (Months 6-12); $22.30 per hour (after 1 Year)
SHIFT: Available and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Scheduling may vary based upon business needs.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Our Merchandising team engages our consumers by merchandising store shelves and displays with our globally recognized brands. A successful Merchandiser is passionate about the Anheuser-Busch brands, takes accountability to ensure Anheuser-Busch products are displayed in the best possible way to meet the needs of our consumers, and drives sales through impactful market execution.
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual for a part-time position with the potential to convert into a full-time, long-term opportunity. The initial role will be a part-time assignment for the first 120 days, during which you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and contribute to the team. After successful completion of the probationary period, you will be considered for conversion to a permanent employee with full benefits.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and maintain Anheuser-Busch product displays
  • Organize, rotate, and stock shelves at each assigned account
  • Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand truck)
  • Install permanent new point of sale (POS) items in retail accounts
  • Responsible for assisting in the daily upkeep of the POS Warehouse
  • Manage account stockroom by organizing and consolidating backstock (product)
  • Identify, monitor, and report backstock inventory levels
  • Properly secure damaged or defective product
  • Follow proper procedure for managing out of stocks at retail accounts
  • Responsible for daily paperwork and the proper completion of all Company documents

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED Required (no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers!)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must have reliable personal vehicle with insurance
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 180 lbs. And fulfill all physical requirements of the job
