About The Job You're Considering
Seeking a Frontend Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications while driving AI-powered engineering practices. The ideal candidate combines strong frontend architecture expertise, technical leadership, and hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM solutions. Experience with mobile application development is a plus.
Your Role
  • Lead frontend application development using React or Angular.
  • Define and enforce frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications through hands-on development and code reviews.
  • Integrate AI/LLM capabilities (OpenAI, Anthropic, GitHub Copilot APIs, etc.) into customer-facing solutions.
  • Champion AI-enabled SDLC practices including code generation, automated testing, and developer productivity tools.
  • Mentor engineering teams, provide technical leadership, and support Agile delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Support solution design, pre-sales activities, proposals, and AI-focused proof of concepts.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of frontend development experience with 1+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience building and deploying enterprise-grade web applications.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with mobile application development using React Native, Flutter, iOS, or Android.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI workflows, MCP, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern DevSecOps practices.
  • Exposure to pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and solution architecture.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911 - $161,544
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
