Job description

We are looking for a Front-End Developer to support manufacturing operations through real-time dashboards and production-focused applications used in plant environments. This role will focus on building and maintaining stable, production-ready front-end applications while also working closely with backend systems and data flows in a small team environment where everyone contributes across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces and real-time operational dashboards.
  • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, backend services, Apache NiFi data pipelines, and enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain real-time data visualization solutions supporting operational and manufacturing workflows.
  • Collaborate with backend, data engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable end-to-end solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend application issues, real-time data flow issues, backend integrations, and production incidents.
  • Validate data accuracy, optimize application performance, and ensure reliable user experiences.
  • Participate in application modernization, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Contribute to UI architecture, reusable components, and frontend best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience developing frontend applications using React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience building real-time dashboards, data visualization solutions, and responsive user interfaces.
  • Strong experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs, backend services, and real-time data streams.
  • Working knowledge of Apache NiFi, including consuming, validating, or troubleshooting data flowing through NiFi pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, state management, and application performance optimization.
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues, validating data, and resolving frontend and backend integration problems.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through technical scenarios.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments and collaborating across engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with industrial/manufacturing systems, including PLCs, OPC UA, Kepware, SCADA, IoT, or MES environments.
  • Experience supporting real-time operational, telemetry, or manufacturing data visualization applications.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and modern frontend development practices.
