The successful candidate will have the passion and enthusiasm to drive our technology product line to cement ACA Group as the premier Reg Tech company globally.

Key Duties & Responsibilities   

  • Define and evolve the frontend architecture strategy for a large, multi-module Angular platform using micro-frontends and Module Federation. 

  • Establish practical UI engineering standards for Angular, TypeScript, state management, signals, real-time data patterns, accessibility, and maintainable component design. 

  • Own the shared design system approach, including component library governance, Storybook, design tokens, theming, stylesheets, and cross-application consistency. 

  • Guide DevOps and developer experience for frontend, including dependency management, build tooling, testing frameworks, CI/CD, and release practices. 

  • Drive frontend performance best practices such as bundle optimization, lazy loading, and runtime performance monitoring. 

  • Partner with product, design, architecture, and engineering teams to align UI strategy with product goals and mentor teams toward consistent implementation. 

  • Evaluate emerging frontend technologies and AI-assisted development practices to improve UX, UI delivery, and developer productivity.

Desired Experience & Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of frontend engineering experience, including significant hands-on work with modern Angular and TypeScript. 

  • Proven experience leading frontend architecture for complex SaaS platforms, preferably with micro-frontends (module federation) and multi-team UI delivery. 

  • Deep understanding of design systems, shared component libraries, Storybook, styling architecture, tokens, accessibility, and reusable UI patterns. 

  • Strong knowledge of modern frontend tooling and practices, including Nx or similar build systems, testing frameworks, CI/CD, versioning, and dependency management. 

  • Demonstrated ability to improve frontend performance, scalability, maintainability, and developer experience across multiple teams. 

  • Ability to communicate architectural direction clearly, influence cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical depth. 

  • Bachelor's degree required for candidate consideration. MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
