Job description

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer with strong Angular experience to design and build scalable, secure, cloud-native web applications for enterprise risk reporting platforms.

This is a 6-month contract role working on W2 only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performance web applications using Angular 16+ / Angular 18
  • Build interactive dashboards and reporting interfaces
  • Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend services
  • Develop and support Node.js-based services and APIs
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization using Azure Active Directory
  • Deploy and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure
  • Optimize application performance, caching, and rendering
  • Collaborate with backend, product, UX, and business teams
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with Angular (2+ years), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS
  • Experience with Node.js and API integration
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in banking, financial services, risk management, or regulatory reporting
  • Familiarity with Python Flask APIs
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
