St. Francis is located in the Point Clear community of Fairhope on Alabama's Eastern Shore, overlooking Mobile Bay. Fairhope combines the character of a small town with an unusually rich quality of life: a walkable downtown, flower-filled streets, waterfront parks, an active arts community, recreational trails, strong public services, and schools the City itself describes as exceptional.
The setting is one of the genuine attractions of this call. Mobile Bay is part of daily life here, with sunsets, waterfront parks, and the historic Fairhope pier close at hand. Mobile is a short drive across the bay, while the beaches of Alabama's Gulf Coast are within easy reach. Experience supervising church staff, administering ministries, working with budgets and finances, and using contemporary technology will be important.
