Location: Northern California

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Product Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing deep technical knowledge in an assigned portfolio and advices both sales organization and customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens products effectively.
  • Developing, building, and cultivating effective relationships with key stakeholders within your assigned customer organization.
  • Guiding the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets.
  • Assisting management in devising sales plans and strategies, develop forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.
  • Leading territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.
  • Providing deep technical knowledge in Angiography space, advise both sales and customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens Angiography products effectively.
  • Remain current with Angiography trends and market landscape.
  • Train and guide internal colleagues on these current Angiography trends and narrate key talking points.
  • Effectively use Siemens sales tools to enhance collaboration, communication, and to drive growth.

  • Senior professional-level expertise, with extensive functional, commercial and/or technical knowledge in Angiography space.
  • Ability to integrate analysis, development, testing and implementation.
  • Deep professional know-how and experience in Angiography; to effectively transfer and apply know-how to/in various contexts.
  • Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence. Ability to improve existing processes and approaches.
  • Approximately 50-70% travel required, within territory. Overnights up to 1-2 times per week.
  • Must have clean driving record

Preferred:

  • Angiography sales or medical capital equipment experience,
  • Sales experience selling in hospital environment, and
  • Experience carrying/exceeding large quotas with long sales cycles.
  • Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Heiman, etc.

The base pay range for this position is $67,200 - $100,800 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
