Guardian Angel Home Care is seeking experienced, compassionate, and motivated Clinical Supervisors to join our growing team nationwide. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting clinical staff, and promoting positive patient outcomes.

The Clinical Supervisor serves as a key member of the leadership team, providing clinical guidance and support to nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals while helping ensure the agency's commitment to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision of patient care services.
  • Review and monitor patient care plans to ensure quality, appropriateness, and compliance.
  • Support, mentor, and educate clinical staff regarding best practices and agency policies.
  • Assist with clinical onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development.
  • Participate in case conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and care planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and agency regulations.
  • Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and community partners to support patient care needs.
  • Address clinical concerns and provide problem-solving support to field staff.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and assist in implementing corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Support office leadership with operational and clinical objectives.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of home health experience preferred.
  • Previous supervisory, management, or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of home health regulations, Medicare guidelines, and clinical standards of practice.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
